About Deezigner Quilts

Many thanks to the guest stars of this page for allowing me to show their work. Projects created either in workshops and by happy clients.

Butterfly Sampler

This version of the Butterfly Patch Sampler (left) was completed by Anne Moffat

Anne added a stronger colour to borders one and three.

This version of the Butterfly Patch Sampler was completed by Lyn.

This version has been increased to single bed size by reproducing rows one and three from the original quilt. Also note the stronger coloured borders one and three along with secondary colour in border two.

This Butterfly Sampler was made by Shirley using all scraps and fabrics from her stash.

This Queen-sized quilt was made by Berryl using the Butterfly sampler as a starting point with a fish twist.

Berryl's beautiful hand and Bali dyed fabrics spoke to us of a sea theme.

We incorporated blocks from the Butterfly sampler and the Seaside Sampler along with some lovely appliqué images.

Trimming the Tree

This stunning tree trimmed with red tinsel was made by Anne Moffat.

Twisted Kaleidoscopes

This quilt belongs to Jenny Ray.

Jenny has a great sense of colour and the resulting kaleidoscope is sensational.

This quilt belongs to Karen Slater.

Karen and Kate (below) and few other students ordered fabric selections from myself. You can plainly see the diverse range of deezigns that can be achieved by using the pattern with different fabric placements.

This quilt belongs to Kate Irving.

This quilt belongs to Cathy Smith.

What a fabulous use of the deezign for Christmas.  Cathy decided not to include the background setting, giving a totally new appeal.
